The Fleet Dispatch Manager is a centralised command centre for logistics operations. It enables dispatch teams to create and assign delivery jobs quickly, generating a unique QR code for every consignment that can be used to track the job from departure to delivery.
Two QR modes are available: a Text Summary mode that encodes job details as plain text, and a Scan to Track mode that encodes a secure URL. When drivers or recipients scan the Scan to Track QR code, the consignment's status is updated automatically in the live Tracking dashboard — providing real-time visibility without any manual data entry.
